When we were searching for a good HR software to implement in SMCC to make the leave and attendance process automated, we met a lot of software company in that process. But we didn’t find a company who are flexible enough to accommodate our process in the software. Each software company has some way or other limitations in their software. To explore more software companies I was browsing net and suddenly came across about Cynosure Technologies, and I gave them a ring to understand more about the software. I got a very positive response from them. We had many meetings with them and explain them our existing complicated manual process which was followed for quite some years. The biggest challenge in our Leave and attendance policy was it is very complicated and being a construction company a lot of rules, sub-rules are there and we wanted to accomodate everything in the software. A very user friendly system, after sales support also is good. Mr. Dhiraj Hakke has been in constant touch to understand our requirements and TAT has always been good.Though the system is found wanting in few areas overall its a system with few technical creases which can be ironed out in the future and has the potential to become one of the best HRM system and give competitors a run for their money.

Timelabs works for us ! This product is great mainly because customer service is such a great help. People at timelabs know their product well and their people have been able to answer every question I have to help find solutions. Pros The software is easy to understand and look and feel is superb, Support is fantastic on the call any time. Cons The software requires a to many different upload after a new hire is entered, or any changes are made for that matter, I don't have to enter things twice. it would be great If a single file upload can be done for the employee for all the essential fields to be entered i.e.: reporting heads are in separate master sheet, also the allocated leaves in a separated sheet.

Timelabs product has met our requirements with multiple manufacturing facilities and administration offices Time & Attendance data getting stored and processed on a single platform. They are open to product enhancement whereever there is a need. Flexible in doing customization to client specific requirements.Integration with other applications is quite smooth.Must appreciate their support team for their prompt support in resolving issues.Last but not least the expertise they carry is differentiating Cynosure team from others.Must give an effort to improve the all India network with regard to onsite support for the Biometric machines.

I have been using it for the past couple of months and found it to be really impressive. The tool has catered to all the nitty gritty of employer and employees. Maintaining attendance, salary, leaves of employees have become so easy. They deserve 5 star rating.

You and your team has taken really great efforts to make it workable solution which has given a new look to ESS module for employees and their reporting heads. We had a good experience working with the friendly team at Timelabs. They have been very responsive during implementation and initial training. Complete hand holding was done to complete the setup & first month payroll process & make the project successful.
